Overall, my stay at Sprowston Manor was enjoyable, with an impressively spacious room and a friendly atmosphere. The cleanliness and helpfulness of the staff stood out to me. However, the dining experience was quite average, particularly at breakfast, and the hotel shows signs of aging in certain areas. Still, the facilities, including the gym and pool, were enjoyable and well kept.
My stay at Sprowston Manor was quite a letdown despite the previous enjoyable experiences I had there. While there were some polite staff members and nice facilities like the pool, the service during breakfast was chaotic, and the dining experience left much to be desired. Additionally, the presence of aggressive security staff due to a football team's visit created an uncomfortable environment. Overall, I left feeling disappointed and wouldn't return.
